Our Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with your order is our priority. If there's an issue, please inform us. We are happy to offer an exchange for the item in a different color, size, or style. In the rare instance that the merchandise you receive is in poor condition, damaged, defective, or differs from your order, you can return the unused item in its original packaging with original tags within 10 days of delivery. Upon receiving the returned item, our customer care team will ensure all conditions are met before processing your exchange or credit.

 

Notes:

  1. Once delivered, products can be returned within 7 days after dispatch.
  2. Items eligible for store credit/exchange / return must be unused and have all tags attached. Returns with damage or soil may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer. Please notify our customer care department if goods/products are delivered without tags.
  3. Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
  4. No exchanges are permitted for discounted merchandise.


Exchange / Return Process in India

Step 1: Initiate the Return

To return an item, customers need to contact us via email or WhatsApp within 10 days of receiving the shipment.

Step 2: Confirmation and Return Initiation

Await a confirmation email from our team to begin the return process. We'll attempt to arrange a pick-up using our courier partner. If their service is unavailable at your address, kindly self-ship the item to our address.

Step 3: Securely Pack and Send

Securely pack your return, preferably in the original packaging, and courier the parcel back to us. Further details will be provided in the email correspondence.

Step 4 :

After successful checking on product refund will be initiated and it will reflect with 4 to 7 business days.

 

Exchange Policy for International Orders

Regrettably, we do not currently authorize returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the received product is damaged, defective, or if the merchandise is not as per the original order.

In rare cases, if a customer can arrange the return of goods to an address in India, enabling a pickup through our courier partner within 15 days of merchandise delivery, we're open to facilitating an exchange. Please note that shipping charges may apply for international shipping of exchanged merchandise.
